“Thank you so much! She said she feels a lot better going into practice after speaking with you! I so very much appreciate how you broke down her thoughts and responses in a way that made sense to her! Thank you!”

“I have seen a big difference! Today she got through beam for the first time with NO tears! That’s a BIG deal! Thank YOU!”

My daughter left a gym last year due to a toxic coach. She was leaving the gym in tears; we left the gym but the scares and mental blocks that had been built were still there. My daughter loves gymnastics and did not want to quit but it was causing her such anxiety. I heard about Ariana through a gymnastics Facebook group. She made such a difference in my daughter and helped her work through some of the issues she was having. She has found her voice and has learned such great coping skills from Ariana. My daughter and I are forever grateful!

“She keeps saying what a huge help talking to you has been! I’ve seen a huge difference in her anxiety level at gym and she is more like herself again!”

“Thank you soooo much! I know you have been working w Ella separately as well. I HAVE to update you- she is a nervous competitor - so we have been having her do a pressure beam routine every day this week for the whole gym.... yesterday before she started, she said RETT- I’m nervous. This is HUGE! This kid does not communicate well, lots of time she will shut down and beat herself up internally. Not much is hard for her- super bright, Uber talented, etc. we talked through her feelings, we went over her mental choreo & breathing & she nailed her routine! Today she told me she was nervous again- we talked about why & she has a new dismount (side aerial full) bc her old one hurt her back (round off 1.5) and she isn’t super sure of the spacing w the end of the beam. (This conversation is Huger than Huge!) we went over it again & it really helped. I Praised her for her communication & for acknowledging her feelings and working together to solve the problem! I can’t even tell you how much working with you helps! Thank you- thank you- thank you!”

“Ariana worked with my 10-year-old daughter who is competing level 5. She had some fears with her bhs on beam and her flyaway. It was great for my daughter to talk with someone who knows and has done the sport. She was able to relate to Ariana and felt a sense of relief that someone else experienced what she was going through. Ariana taught her different ways to work through her fears. Not every way worked but my daughter found a way that worked for her which is why Ariana is so amazing! She gives you different tools until you find the one that works for you. My daughter also deals with negative self-talk. We’re still working on this but my daughter doesn’t do it as much as she used to. I believe all athletes would benefit from mental coaching. My daughter overcame both her fears- bhs on beam and flyaway by using the tools she was taught.”

“You helped my daughter immensely with not just the physical part of gymnastics but the emotional as well. She trusted and looked up to you. You helped her get past her fears and anxiety when she came to you with red swollen eyes and you just knew how to help her.”
— Emily, Parent of a gymnast
“Your patience and creative motivation with her mental blocks helped her immensely both physically and mentally.”

Thank-you so much for working with D. She finally got her back handspring / back walkover back just in time for STATES, and we both have YOU to thank for that! She’s learned so much for you and we really appreciate it.

She had an awesome day! She was very nervous but handled it better than ever. She actually ate before (which is our biggest struggle when she's nervous) and didn't cry at all. And once she got out there, she was all smiles. It was great to see. And her scores were great. 9.2 on vault (she landed it for the first time in competition this year), 9.55 bars, 9.6 beam, 9.775 floor, and 38.125 AA. She was a happy kiddo. But she told me she was happiest and most proud about how she was able to control her nerves :)

I agree, she’s grown so much! You’ve helped her a ton and we are so thankful. She definitely would not be where she is today without your help.
